Absolutely fantastic studio. The instructors are extremely supportive, friendly and competent. I especially enjoy the yin yoga with Stelios. I feel great after every class but his yin class is exceptional. I’m so happy that I joined this fantastic studio.

I tried Bikram for the first time and so glad it was here. The teachers are amazing and very supportive, the space is huge and I love the little personal touches like hot herbal tea, candles, fresh flowers, chocolates and friendly smiles from the instructors.  Highly recommend:

I have practiced at other studios in Melbourne. I feel most at home at the Richmond studio. Best heat and staff in Melbourne.

A lovely studio space with very encouraging and helpful teachers.  Always challenging but always rewarding and life changing.

Great experience overall. Went to Bikram Yoga for the first time and loved the atmosphere and plus the teachers are great, very welcoming. Though it was challenging at first, the more I went there, the easier and more adapted I became. Great way to relieve stress and anxiety!
