Definitely recommend Bikram Yoga Ascot Vale to everyone, at any ability. Jade and the other teachers are supportive, friendly and helpful and the classes are designed to be inclusive and beneficial to everyone from beginners to experienced. The studio is clean and spacious and in a great location.  The classes are never too crowded and you are always made to feel comfortable and welcomed by the other students.

Always good to see a friendly face meet you when you're about to literally sweat it out at one of the variety of classes. I love the H.I.T aspect of the Yoga+ and Hot Pilates+ classes. I've only been going for 3 weeks and I am already seeing results in terms of super toned legs and increased upper body strength. The instructors are down to earth, but push you hard. 5 stars!!

I’ve been coming here for their bikram class for years and now they offer so many other classes!  Great sun-filled studio with huge space to practice in!

My partner and I have just moved to the area from Scotland and we are delighted to have found a great studio close by. We received a friendly and helpful welcome upon arrival and were pleased to discover clean and modern changing rooms and a fully equipped and modern studio. The Bikram instructor was great and the temperature was just right for a nice, tough workout. Definitely recommend this place to anyone wanting to get fit in a nice environment.

Signed up to the 30 day intro offer having just moved to Australia as I was keen to find a studio to keep up Bikram practice. Delighted that there are also other yoga options and pilates on offer and I'm looking forward to trying out all of the classes. The intro offer is great value and is an excellent way to get a feel for the classes and the studio without a big financial commitment before you've stepped through the door! Where else can you do as many classes as you like for 30 days for $1.30 per day?! It also gives you enough time to get a feel for the real benefits of Bikram. 

The studio and communal areas are very clean and there is plenty of space in the changing rooms with good showers. Staff are helpful and we received a warm welcome on our first visit.  Would recommend!
