A great local bicycle repair centre. Sam, Angus and the team very friendly, informative and efficient. Well priced and received a great general service plus a few small repairs done within a few days and a very good price. The added clean has made my bike look brand new. The sms alert service an added benefit. Highly recommended. Good Coffee opposite the shop.
Gus answered all my moronic questions mechanically-challenged over here patiently and with total competence. The whole process was a breeze - transparent and fast turnaround. Beyond happy with my refurbished bike, it‘s a dream to ride :
From the moment you walk in, you can tell that this is a local business run by folks with years of experience and who put great care into their craft. Friendly people, extremely reasonable pricing, and completely upfront about costs and options. Dropped my bike off early in the afternoon and was able to pick it up serviced and tuned by the end of the day. This is the second service I've had there— the first was many years ago, and my experience then was just as good as it was this time. 10/10 would get my bike serviced or fixed there again. I wish every business was this lovely!

This place is not only the best bike store I know, it’s also one of the best stores in general. You can tell the guys really care about their work and whatever issues you bring their way. Each time I’ve been in I was blown away by how genuine they are and how willing they are to help. This sounds like it was written by their mums collectively I know, but I genuinely mean this review. Places like this are so rare these days and I cannot recommend enough! There’s always good tunes playing too
Happened to ride past this place with flat tyres this evening, and the friendly guy in the shop was super happy to pump them up and have a yarn about my bike. Ended up buying some parts from them as well, and left thinking "what a lovely and un pretentious bike store!" Will be coming back again!

Awesome experience with these guys. They were able to complete a much needed service on my bike within a few hours of bringing it in. Took the time to explain what they had done and very happy with what feels like a brand new bike
My mountain bike needed major work on the drive-train. The guys took time to give a thorough appraisal and costs. The work was of the highest standard and I could believe how different my bike felt riding home. This was my first visit to Bikes Please and couldn't be more pleased with the service.
Great place, great vibes. The boys were super friendly and helpful splitting my servicing for a new wheel and clean up. My new regular.
