Extremely friendly and knowledgeable staff. Mark the owner/ operator is always willing to go above and beyond with all your bike needs. Great shop, best customer service and very reasonable prices
I bought 2 bikes from mark for my boys that unfortunately were not delivered in time for Xmas , mark did his best to get them here however the freight company let his shop down , Mark then returned our money so we could get my boys bikes in time for Xmas even before the bikes were returned to him . Your friendly local bike shop! Mark fixed my 5 year old son’s bike brakes at no cost. He did it in less than 60 seconds. I insisted to pay him for his trouble but he kindly declined. We are impressed with the quality of his work.

For years I've had a single do-it-all bike that I put through torture - I try to keep it in one piece with the space and tools in the garage - And when I can't, this shop has never let me down. Replacement parts, repairs, fixes, and solutions for every odd need I've come across. A full drivetrain overhaul including advice as to what parts could be upgraded. Advice on tubeless compatibility. Troubleshooting phantom clicks from the bike. Order-ins for replacement parts for a bike rack that no other shop seemed to be aware of. I have full confidence that Mark and team know their stuff, and I have full confidence that every service, every order that they've done for me has come with honest advice and fair prices Sometimes cheaper than what I've been able to find online. A genuine recommend.

By far the best bike shop I've ever seen, Mark is confident, helpful, always happy to teach and the prices are very competitive. 2 years on.. Rebuilding 2 x MTB. Once again Mark and the team have been fantastic with their support, be it technical advise, parts availability, and in general advice generally leaning towards saving money!!! I will tell anyone to visit, they are busy however so please book b4 seeking work done on a bike! It is refreshing to see a business that will advise you not to spend money if it is not needed......The guys have restored my faith in humanity somewhat! WOW an WOW, we're do I start, well I've been looking for some ICE STICKERS for my bike helmet, and after speaking to people, and ringing around different bike stores, and getting the run around, with some, I hit the nail on the head, with Bikeforce ELLENBROOK, I rang up, and spole to a lovely person, whose name was Mark, I think, and he said yes he had some, and all within two hours, I had purchased, and ordered them, and was going to go amd pick them up, but after a long day at work, I paid for express post, and boy was it express post, the following day I had received my order.
