We are located at 52 Erindale Road, BALCATTA, just off the Mitchell Freeway & right opposite the BP station.

We carry a wide range of quality bikes & accessories, to suit any commuter, recreational, family, road or mountain bike use.

Barry and his team are a pleasure to deal with. Always available to help and very knowledgeable. Excellent experience. Great prices for good quality gear. Plenty of support when needed. Can get busy on the weekends, but thats a testament to how good they are. Always lots to look at when I am there to keep me busy till someone is free. Great shop, good people.

Great choice and knowledge in a premium bike store. Good brands, not just the run of the mill stuff you might see in chain stores. They also do top quality repairs and friendly service. Not scared to speak their mind either about what misconceptions people might read about in forums which I really like!

Very helpful and kind staff. Came in with a punctured inner tube but it was one that isn't carried in stock anywhere, i tried a few shops. Instead of saying we don't have it get it online they offered me an alternative with some adapters to make it work. Bike is back up and running. Highly recommend them.

Seriously best after sales service I've ever had anywhere. I have two other brandedcube emtb's and always thought Trek's were a bit of a rip off, they're not, just take one for a ride and you'll see it's worth it. Maybe some lesser components but you get a way better handling bike and get way more better after sales service. Keep up the good work boys and girls.

These guys are the best. Tom went above and beyond where other bike shops failed. I was after a bike trailer but couldn't understand what adapter was suitable for my bike and wanted to make sure it would fit before buying 1600 dollar worth of trailer. Tom reassured me they would find a solution and they did! The communication and customer service was also stunning. Can't recommend these guys enough.

If Bike Force Balcatta isn't your Friendly Local Bike Shop FLBS then it should be! I have been forced by necessity to visit these guys a few times over the last few weeks and those interactions have been nothing but positive. All three staff members I have dealt with have been friendly and helpful at all times and willing to go that extra mile for the customer.  And, for the record, I did not buy a $10k bike off them as much as I'd like to; I got my old full-suspension serviced, had a double puncture nearby for which they lent me a floor pump as well sold me the tubes.

Go there you won't be disappointed.

Went to buy parts & no customer service. No hello can l help you & just stood there talking amongst themselves. Wil definitely not be going back, there loss of sales
