Price fine fine in and quality is ZERO quality. Owner changed and food quality & portion size gone down. This is Chilli Paneer $15 500ml container and getting not even 300ml. Anyways, called restaurant and spoke to girl. I explained everything about portion size but in return no apologies plus she said: she will talk to the owner. Why owner?? Speak to the chef and explain it is not proper portion size. No resolution of customer's problem. She said: she can't do anything about it and hung up. Moral of the story is PLEASE DON'T GO THERE!!
Decent food and prices. We have been coming to Bikanos for 5 years and love the Chana Bhatura. Only criticism is that the service is slow, even if there are a few people waiting.
If I could give this place zero, I might have done that. Just a request if you really don’t know how to cook please close the restaurant rather than running a scam business. Whenever I see an Indian restaurant I get so excited to try there food but this place has traumatised me to go to any Indian restaurant I will see in the street next time. Never have tasted such an awful food and service “don’t even ask me”. The worst experience I ever had. Sorry to say, this but because of restaurant like yours people want to avoid going to restaurant. Change your chef or cook whoever it it, if you really want your business to keep going. Hope you will take this as a good feedback.
I know why this restaurant has such low reviews. We ordered some basic Indian food and we completely disappointed. As a restaurant if you can’t get lassi right please shut doors. For customers please save your money and tummy and avoid this place at all cost!!!!
Ordered chole bhature today but I am really upset. Reasons: 1. Chole were disappointing. 2. Quantity was extremely less. On top of that, they charge 3$ extra for refill of sabzichole. 3. Service is slow. 4. Size of bhatura was very decent. On the contrary, one can hardly eat one bhatura with the quantity of chole served which means one would have to go for refill of chole once which means 3 dollars extra. 5. Salad and raita were disappointing as well. Not visiting again..
Worst food ever in werribee. The curries were burnt. One of the currries were too salty and sent back. They still charged for that. One of the paranthas had a hair in it. So pathetic.
Pros: parata Thali was very excellent. Veg Thali was also good we could pick two curries from the menu and I liked that a lot. Portions were sumptuous. Chilli chicken wasn’t good at all so I’d recommend sticking to core Indian food. Waitress asked us about the spice level for each dish and that was good. Cons: The salad could be improved by adding some spinach/rocket to make it more appealing. Waiting times for food was quite long may need to improve that. I definitely recommend this place for good North Indian food.
Order mix pakora and paneer pakora Saturday morning and got these. Probably they kept these from last night and serving food to costumer after reheating. Please you are playing with health of other people. You won't save any money like this and end up losing your costumer. Never going there again..
Waitress needs to repeat order....she didnt order my food Thali are now Chefs Choice, which is a lamb curry and chicken curry....thats it, no other explanation.... Waitress had to be reminded to bring me my wine??? 20 mins later, slow night, food came out in 50 mins which is a long time as we have been going to them for years...Food is nice need to improve the service though.
One of the worst butter chicken and vegetable Manchurian... .Butter chicken was filled with too much soya sauce and in gravey it was just capsicum. It was really disgusting taste..Manchurian balls were only filled with Carrot because they are cheap to buy from aldi.. will never recommend anyone . It was awfull taste .it was not worth paying 80 dollors
