Buying a persian rug has been a lifetime dream for me so apart from finding my special rug, I wanted the experience of acquiring it to be enjoyable. I think I could fall in love with many persian rugs from many authentic rug stores, but what made the difference for me was Bijan's gentle and generous approach to finding the right rug for me. Bijan treated me more like a family member than a customer. My husband and I spent a few hours at Bijan's Exclusive Rugs to choose the perfect rugs for two of our bedrooms. Bijan and Ashkan generously shared their extensive knowledge about Persian rugs and assisted us in selecting the right ones that fit our budget and personal preferences.  Persian rugs are known for their beauty, and the options are endless, making the decision-making process challenging. However, the more we examined them, the more our admiration grew, and we are confident that we made the perfect choices.  I also believe this is one of the few Persian rugs in Sydney where can satisfy different taste as it has a good variety of different designs and colours of the rugs.

I have been a customer of Bijan Exclusive Rugs for almost 10yrs, having bought a total of 6 of their beautiful rugs and runners for our home.  Bijan and his son Ash have been amazing during this time, assisting in deciding what rug/s suit the overall aesthetic of our home. Ash would bring over as many as 5-6 rugs so we get a selection of styles to choose from their overall selection is HUGE across the 2 stores.  We have young children and from time to time their have been "accidents". On all occasions they have been simply wonderful in repairing, cleaning and in one instance even picking up and dropping off.  I can not recommend them highly enough. They will have my business for as long as I have a house to put these works of art in!

Bijan and his son Ash are extremely knowledgeable, highly professional and very friendly. It took us a few tries to get the right hall runner for us due to my own indecision! , but each time Bijan was helpful and friendly - his only priority was that we loved our rugs! And we do, we couldn’t be happy with our purchases and I would highly recommend visiting Bijan. I will be a repeat customer.

I have recently purchased my third rug from Bijan Exclusive Rugs and have been a customer for many years. I return because of the service, expertise and wonderful choice of authentic rugs. Bijan and Ash were terrific in taking in our precious Chinese Rug to have it cleaned and the fringe updated. Their knowledge and expertise is amazing, Bijan explained in detail what work and process was required to bring it back to life. The result was first class and we could not be happier with the outcome. Wonderfully friendly and knowledge people that we are very happy to recommend to anyone looking for a beautiful rug or needing their expertise on cleaning and repairs.

Were able to clean expensive rug and remove stains that was previously ruined by the local dry cleaners.  Shop also contains beautiful rugs.  Take your rug here if you want it to be properly cleaned and get good advice on buying or cleaning your rug.

I took my 34 year old beautiful Qashqai Shiraz carpet to Bijan to be cleaned and repaired. He was extremely helpful explaining all the processes that would be used which made me feel confident and comfortable leaving it with him. The work was completed within the time he said it would be and I am very happy with the result. The carpet looks almost new. Thank you Bijan.

My hand knotted Turkish rug was expertly repaired and cleaned. It was shipped back in a timely manner. Very happy with the service.
