if I could give no stars I would. Rita De Marchi says she’s been in the industry for a very long time.. this definitely cannot be true, I have many properties and dealt with many property managers over the years and she is by far the worst property manager I have ever met. She takes days phone calls and is never in the office when you come to confront her about issues in person, not really good enough when you’re a paying customer. Worst customer service I have received in all my years Stay far far away from Biggin & Scott Craigieburn.

Very unprofessional and rude staff at reception desk. Disappointed and never go back for any sale, purchase or rental in future.
