Worst customer service in return section today. I went to return chocolate,nThe packaging was intact , receipt was given . And The receipt clear mention 90days return policy, now where it was stated about return for food products in the receipt.nBut the lady who gave the service middle aged stated that because it is under foods category they can’t refund it, even if the packaging is as new and receipt provided.nWhen I requested her to show me the company policy, she gave a pissed off look in front her colleagues.nnLater after asking someone on the phone , she said she will do for this time .nShe was loud and looked very pissed off.nnWhat’s a point of sitting in a customer service, if you don’t know how to serve a customer with kindness, doesn’t matter how busy you are.nnZero start rating .
The red headed woman at the laybuy counter was extremely rude. Not just to myself but to the other customers she served. This is very upsetting as this is my preferred big w but I will not be returning because of this woman. If I could rate this a lower option than one star I would. Never have I experienced such horrible customer service.
On a quick visit to Big W today I grabbed some great deals on marked down clothing for my other half, daughter & myself! Starting at $3-$10 items.nAlso as I was leaving I saw these Limited Edition, unexpected delights from Pascall Must give them a try as a fan of Pineapple Lumps & now Peach lumps...mmmmmm!!!
Travel down every 3 to 4 months to Big W love the whole complex but we come for Big W bargains as we don’t have any stores anywhere in Tasmania other than Hobart so Rosny is our first choice.
All I wanted was help finding a book. I asked a girl in an area near by and was told that she had a colleague working in the book section who I could ask. I proceeded to explain that no one was there, she then walked me over to the book section and said “well here’s her trolley, I’m not sure where she is. She will come back to her trolley soon so you can wait or you can do a click and collect if you don’t want to wait.” I waited and kept walking around in circles, as I had traveled over 40 minutes and didn’t want to leave empty handed. No one came. I then went to the front of the store and asked the woman who was working at the entrance who was understandably unable to leave her position, she kindly searched my book and told me the spot it was supposed to be in which I had already looked through. I was also told that there was only two workers in the store that knew anything about books, one of them was MIA and the other was working in another area and was not able to leave. In any other store I’ve ever been to when I’m unable to find something and ask for assistance, the worker will search with me before checking in the back storage areas.nWhy is that too hard for the staff here?n1 star for the woman working the entrance who was lovely and did what she could.nI had to do a click and collect because no one else was willing to help me…nSuper disappointing, once I pick up my order I won’t be returning.
