Can you look without buying anything at shops anymore? My bag got checked on the way out of the shop self serve checkouts mind you the ONLY way to get out of the shop. I was the only one who got checked because I obviously didn’t purchase anything. The lady was rude and said ‘Bag’ as i went to walk out. How very humiliating for an innocent shopper.
Terrible customer service, an overly rude and mocking attitude towards customers, I tried to return a heater that didn't work and they refused to return it because I had used it, when I told them it didn't heat the manager said it didn't heat because it was dangerous for it to heat , after arguing with those two women they made the return with a terrible attitude, they definitely need training to treat users better and to take into account the return policies that they apparently don't know exist.
their 90 days refund policy is a liar. They ask the ‘original’ package even it was a film wrapped.
Worst customer service in return section today. I went to return chocolate,nThe packaging was intact , receipt was given . And The receipt clear mention 90days return policy, now where it was stated about return for food products in the receipt.nBut the lady who gave the service middle aged stated that because it is under foods category they can’t refund it, even if the packaging is as new and receipt provided.nWhen I requested her to show me the company policy, she gave a pissed off look in front her colleagues.nnLater after asking someone on the phone , she said she will do for this time .nShe was loud and looked very pissed off.nnWhat’s a point of sitting in a customer service, if you don’t know how to serve a customer with kindness, doesn’t matter how busy you are.nnZero start rating .
The red headed woman at the laybuy counter was extremely rude. Not just to myself but to the other customers she served. This is very upsetting as this is my preferred big w but I will not be returning because of this woman. If I could rate this a lower option than one star I would. Never have I experienced such horrible customer service.
