We had a bad experience at this store. On a Sunday we arrived and we just needed to inflate a balloon with helium and the lady with a very bad attitude told us that she didn't have time. I think that having good service and serving the customer well is the priority in these places. If they are busy, they should serve people kindly.

I had a great experience at the party section in Big W Rockdale, ordering balloons for my friend’s birthday. Afsana was very friendly, she really listened to my ideas as well as made some suggestions! She worked hard to get them done last minute too. These were such gorgeous balloons, my friend loved them! So much nicer and cleaner than Hurstvilles rubbish tip of a big w. Cannot even compare how nice and tidy this Big W was compared to the one I normally went to. Everything was easy to find and there were even staff who were helpful and didn't try and hide behind shelves or completely ignore you when all you wanted was to know the location of something so you didn't have to scour the entire bloody store ...

Bought a phone yesterday and couldn't transfer data. This morning  Ravi went to no end of trouble to help. It took some time to happennbut in the meantime he kept assisting other equally bewildered customers.  Helpful, quiet andndignified.  Great service.  Thank you Ravi.

We have been regular customers of Big W Rockdale. We purchased this week TV, Heater, Blanket and many more household products. When we went hone we found the hole in the blanket, we came to refund today the guy who was on the Services counter with two other lady at 7:20 pm were very rude, unmanner and agreesive today. They don’t know how to handle their customers. We are loosing trust on this Company and will never visit again. I lost my $69 and left that shit blanket infront of his face.
