I had a great experience at the party section in Big W Rockdale, ordering balloons for my friend’s birthday. Afsana was very friendly, she really listened to my ideas as well as made some suggestions! She worked hard to get them done last minute too. These were such gorgeous balloons, my friend loved them! accepted online order wihich then could only be partially fulfilled. Ordered a switch and controllers, arrived to pick up and they only had the controlers.nnNo return has been processed, just took my money and didn't give me the switch.nnNo option to speak to customer service on a weekend via chat or phone. guess they'll just hang on to my $500 bucks all weekend untill I can call them Monday morning.
I mean it a Big W but the hard working staff keep the shelves and isles tidy and everything is fairly well set out with seasonal items up the front.
Staff were friendly and helpful. We went when there were heaps of sales and ended saving $40 on all the things we bought which was great. Good selection of men’s T-shirt’s, both serious and joke ones. Some really good products you wouldn’t expect to find in a Big W.
Nope. Nope. I am a kmart man and always will be. I went here to have a look for a few things and found it really expensive. That is if you can even find a price tag. Really really annoying. I'm not taking my chances at the cash register. I don't have time to go through the refund system. Store was messy and disorganised and staff were miserable. No to target and no to here. Kmart for life baby.
