Afsana was amazing helping me pick out the colours, shapes and arrangement for my birthday. She took her time to show me the big ranges of shades and shapes, drew out a design and executed it perfectly and on time for the night of the party. Highly recommend!

Thank you to Afsana in the Big W Rockdale party section for the wonderful balloon arrangement!  She executed it perfectly and it looked great.  Very well organised and helpful with her suggestions.  Will be ordering more balloons from here in the future.

We had a bad experience at this store. On a Sunday we arrived and we just needed to inflate a balloon with helium and the lady with a very bad attitude told us that she didn't have time. I think that having good service and serving the customer well is the priority in these places. If they are busy, they should serve people kindly.

I think the kids section is smaller than a few others like pagewood and miranda. But its usually always neat and tidy the staff are always walking around if you need help

Fantastic place to shop well designed store went in and could find what we were looking for straight away Service was fantastic as well
