The management at Big W in my opinion have a lot to answer for. Their stock is never neat or tidy. Strewn all over the shop. Management should rectify this. As for trying to exchange something forget it. NOT a happy customer and will not be shopping there again.

Absolutely amazed. Set up great everything neat and tidy and so easy to find what you want

Brought some underwear last Thursday and already the stitching is coming apart can't take them back as I don't have the receipt

Friendly staff, good range of stuff

I love the shopping so great lots of stuff. Check out girls really great. The only problem that I have had asking about the goods what you're buying when you want to know information about the product that you're going to buy person who is supposed to help you I found pretty rough like but he didn't really.
