Got a nice gluten free avo and chicken salad from food court, also gluten free donuts, yummo. Unfortunately distance to toilets was ridiculous, I don't trust lifts, especially when have appointments to get too.

Great store. Plenty of stock and variety. It feels a bit closed in as so many different items for sale and isle width looks not as wide. The big benefit is they have crammed in so many different products.

I love the way the store set out and the staff are lovely. I haven’t seen a flaw in this store but nothing deserves five stars sorry

Be careful using Big W for online deliveries, They use a Courier service called “Courier’s Please” I dare you to google search the terrible reviews regarding this courier service. Parcels missing, Parcels delivered to the wrong address and no accountability. DONT USE BIG W FOR DELIVERIES
