I had the worst customer service ever from the store manager Todd Harding. I purchased a stack of clothing from the men’s department, some of which was on sale but not marked as “clearance” or even on a sale rack. I was rudely informed I could not return or exchange two articles that were too small for my partner as there was a sign in the store saying you could not return clearance items. I discovered this kind of a sign is not only extremely hard to find in a large store but also illegal according to consumer law. I will reporting this and be taking all my shopping elsewhere.
Great store. Plenty of stock and variety. It feels a bit closed in as so many different items for sale and isle width looks not as wide. The big benefit is they have crammed in so many different products.
Bridgette on the front counter needs a lesson in customer service and basic communication skills. Being employed in a customer service role, with absolutely no people skills just baffles me!! #badmoodbadforbusiness
Booked time to collect items from Service desk. Confirmed I was on my way an hour and a half before arrivals. Confined I was there 10 minutes before arriving at store. Get to Service Desk; no one there. Ring bell twice in 10 minutes, still no one there although several staff members looked at me waiting and offered no assistance. Phoned store,asking where is the staff for the service desk? Eventually an attendant arrived. Due to the wait time , late for other appointments. Not good enough Big W. You ask us to book a time to collect and there’s no one there to assist. What’s the point of booking a time? . With Christmas not far away, one can only hope that you will to have an attendant at the service desk , otherwise, you’re likely to have some very cranky people.
A big ship. Quite spacious so it is easy to move around. Plus products well presented, not cluttered. Staff excellent.
Big store with plenty of stock and room to move. Lots of staff and checkouts, not many customers. Inconveniently out of the way, so you can't just drop in for quick supplies, but if you're already around for Woolworths then it's worth it.
Most of your needs
Everything you need in this Big W. Staff are pretty cool and returns and refund policies are fair. Lots of good deals. It's my local Big W. I gave it five stars for a reason.
No service. Cash registers blocked off only self service
Great customer service today from the young chap on the register aiden was his name I think very helpful and polite.
