Great collection of kids shoes. There are enough stocks for anything and can easily shop. Always when seasons change, plenty of new arrivals are available. There will be greater selections available. I used online shopping and collection service for some garden stands, and it was much more convenient. You can earn rewards with the same Woolworth reward card

I purchased a number of items and went to pay for them via the self service pat stations at around 12:15 today 3 June 2025 and the lady who was the assistant there came and accosted me and started doing quantity items for some of the items I was buyingnnI didn’t ask for her help and I could easily have scanned the items myself, which is what I wanted to do. I advised her I knew how to scan the items and I wanted to do them individually, she just replied so you know how to do a quantity purchase do you work here do you - she was sos so rude, and I purchase items from Big W at this store consistently - I will just go to KMart from now on if this is the customer service level and rude interactions with customers- I waited and observed she was the same with other customers as well!!!!nnNo wonder you are really struggling as a company if this is the best you can donnIf I could give a negative star rating I would - really disappointednnI hope the store manager or people at in the back office monitor your reviews as you have a significant number of negative reviews that should send alarm warnings what you are doing wrong - listen to your customers the number rule of retail, is what I am told and I am not in retail
Good Range and ServicennBig W Mirrabooka has a great variety of products and helpful staff. Store is tidy and well-organized. Just a little busy at times.
