Great collection of kids shoes. There are enough stocks for anything and can easily shop.
Everyone I met in store today was lovely and friendly and helpful, I was exchanging an item and the service desk and Chris in my opinion was nothing short of rude, I’m not sure if maybe she was having a bad day but I was trying to have conversation as I was waiting and I was blanked she left my items on the side while I tried to pack time and started speaking to the customer behind me moving my clothes while I was still packing them! Manners cost nothing and this has given me a bad reflection of the whole store now.
My message is for the good Australians who don't like being ripped off . If you ever think on buying online with BIG W Market place .Think again and compare other markets.When you buy online.You must know there are 4 parties involved BIG W, EDISON DIRECT,MY DEAL and HUNTER EXPRESS.They will charge you more than other Online services without you even knowing it because you think it's BIG W when it's actually not . I purchased a item online that cost $1008 but later when I did my research .The item cost was $859. Moreover BIG W Market place won't take responsibility if your product is not delivered to you on Time. I advise you in Jesus name never to buy from BIG W Market place as they are ripping customers off because 4 parties are involved who charge you more than any other online companies. Very poor service who won't cancel your order if not delivered on Time or has not reached you. Take my advise from a bitter experience.You are active being ripped off.Shame on BIG W . Not advisable to buy online from BIG W Market place. Don't believe Me till you get ripped off and poor delivery service. There is no where that I could give them a 0 star or trust me.I would.Youe choice if you want to be made a fool .
I asked the young guy at the Tech Department for a tablet, but he said there was no stock. Then I showed him my phone which showed that there was stock, but he said that I was not able to check. He did not bother to search in the system at all. Feeling disappointed, I went to the service desk to ask for the store manager. The lady at the service desk was really helpful, and the manager went to check at the back for me. Fortunately, there was one tablet in stock. I felt like I had been treated disrespectfully. I always shop at Big W Mirrabooka, and I have worked in retail for a long time. I never treat my customers like the young guy did today.
I can’t find anywhere else to provide this feedback so I guess I’ll post it here. Had a fantastic customer service experience this morning. Helen I think her name was on self service checkouts was friendly, helpful and cheerful. There was an incident when I first entered the store and she handled it professionally and with respect. Would like to have given this feedback directly to the store but not sure how. Great work Helen
