Of all the Big W stores that I have visited, the store at Lismore Square has to be the nicest!nThe store is clean and uncluttered. The change rooms are simply magnificent; large, well-lit and make you feel like a queen, not a pesky customer just because you want to try on some clothing.nThe store is well stocked and the staff at the beauty counter where you have to pay for items before leaving were polite and friendly.

Visited the store while we were in Lismore on the 9th of December 2024. Can be recommended for good customer service and better product range, especially considering the fact that it's located in Regional NSW.

The ladies change room floors are absolutely disgusting. I have mentioned this to staff before and I have been ignored. There are big clumps of dust on the floor and when you get changed your clothes get filthy.nThey have been there for months and I never get cleaned

I found items here which I haven't been able to find at 6+ Sydney Big W stores. They have friendly staff and it's a clean store.
