Only came here to buy a shirt, and just because I was slightly running towards the entrance and had slowed down to a walk, so that I was not running and disturbing customers, instead of a nice greeting and a reminder they would close soon, I was rudely told off by the team member working at the entrance, This was at 5:50pm that they closed soon and I could not run in the store.nnMind you, I would understand if it was said in a polite manner, but it was quite stern and rude.nnAs someone who works in retail, this is not the way to treat a customer, and I hope that the staff are trained properly from now on.
Just popped in quickly, looking for a set of bathroom scales. I was also on the phone, slightly distracted! But I headed to the bath section and found them easily! Straight to self service checkouts and out, Just as my call ended! So quick and easy!!
This Big W has everything that I could ever need and so many toys. My little one loves to run around the toy aisles and see what’s new. The staff members are so friendly and they always have a smile on their faces. I feel quite at ease visiting this store and it is affordable for the most part. I love that they have affordable dog food too which is great for a single mum like myself who is on a tight budget.
Just want to say thank you to one of your most amazing staff members - Jasmine... she went out of her way and far above her pay grade to assist me in finding the things I was searching for.. in todays world to find a staff member dedicated to customer service and a love for their employment is a rare find.. jasmine you are a legend.. thanks so much.. 10 stars
