Shout out to Adam who works down in the electronic section at Big W Gawler. Exceptional customer service. I approached to ask about a product. There was NO vibe of ‘please don’t approach me’ in fact the opposite. He took the time to walk whilst I followed, to another section of the store in search of the product. He has restored my faith to a degree in good, kind and friendly customer service. Thank you Adam, you made my day even though we didn’t find what I was looking for
As always wonderful service and a variety of things to choose from at almost cheaper than op shop prices lol
Came in boxing day and was please to see all the discounts. Great offers on sweets and others. Huge store with everything you could need. Lots of parking both under and above ground. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Happy we stopped by

Not a very good experience couldn't find a thing I needed.They have too many departments and not enough stock.They sell steam cleaners for instance but don't stock the pads or filters.So many other things too
It's easy to navigate, friendly and helpful staff and has excellent under ground car parking spaces as well as infront of shop outside parking.

Found everything I needed, was very disappointed at no fitting room staff member to help me & did not find anyone very easily, but when I did they were very apologetic, helpful & friendly.
The Lay by staff were rude and would avoid this store at all costs. I was told we could not get a refund because they needed the same bank card, yet the policy states "refunds will only be made using the original payment method". Not sure where it says the same card.... No customer service at all. Feel sorry for the young boy at check out who was high energy and lovely. Pity he has to work around sour colleagues who clearly need to move on or retire.
Has been great every time, the guy in the tech section was nice and helpful.
