Great place! Spacious, not crowded. Will be great if there's better customer service.

I purchased this balloon for a birthday, and it was definitely worth it! Kathleen, a team member, was absolutely awesome in creating the balloon. The customer service was excellent!

It is ridiculous that you cannot cancel an online order within an hour of placing it. Most stores will allow a short grace period for mistakes. This policy locks you in instantly and is outdated and customer unfriendly. Not happy Jan!!

Went there of a morning. The whole place was clean and really modern, got my things really easy and it was cheap. Definately reccommend to other people looking for a good store. 5/5 stars

I asked if this was a new store...... the lovely assistant said tje had been there a while..... surprised me because the store looks so clean and well kept....... I thought it was new.
