I've always liked coming here to do some shopping. Always got what I wanted and at a good price. The service is good here. The staff are friendly and nice
Absolutely disgusting “service”. 10 empty checkouts and not a single person came to serve me. Waited 5 mins and asked a guy who was at the self checkouts. He said nobody was available to checkout. Ended up walking out and walking straight to Kmart.
I picked up a 95% cocoa chocolate from a shelf where everything was marked 30% off and it even had a 5.95 promo ticket under it. At the register it scanned full price. When I tried to explain, the supervisor was a bit dismissive and didn't really hear me out, so I left feeling pretty frustrated. The next day I spoke with Maria, the store manager, and she was excellent. She listened, acknowledged the signage issue, and resolved it on the spot.
Candice from the party section is amazing I’ve been served by her multiple times for balloons she without fail nails exactly what I need every time. She makes the process stress free and is happy to do the job. We need more people like her in this world 10/10 service !! Not just a one off she has always done a great job and has a smile on her face! thank you Candice !
Fantastic Customer Service. I phoned Big W Belmont yesterday regarding an incorrect click & collect order. I spoke to Desma in customer service who was friendly, understanding, helpful and quickly offered the perfect solution. Thank you Desma, really appreciated!
