Ordered funeral flowers over the phone from Melbourne for a service in Wonthaggi. While a group of us from work wanted to make a floral gesture it wasn’t really appropriate to attend in person. 
Emma was exceptionally helpful with ensuring that the flowers were delivered. As we weren’t attending Emma kindly sent a photo of what she’d made up so we could see the flowers which were beautiful. Thank you so much for your assistance & caring, helpful manner + the beautiful floral tribute you made.
