Despite the friendly staff and well surfaced track, the go-karts let down the experience. They are underpowered and have inconsistent performance. Also, as the track is large, it feels even slower as there are less “sharp turns” and “thrills”. The 15 minute package feels forever as the track loses its thrill after a couple laps. This is because you cannot drift or have performance to handle it as you please. Might go again with friends as just for fun, but I would still recommend others like Le Mans that offer superior karts and complex tracks. If you have younger kids or are new to go-karting, then this track will be good for you. Otherwise, I would recommend elsewhere.
Have been coming here since I was a teenager. Great bit of fun for rhe whole family. It is expensive, but then I figure the karts cost a fair bit to keep maintained. Kids love this place and so does rev head Pete
Great atmosphere and friendly staff!! Karts could do with a bit more power! Also would be great to have lap times and rankings on a screen..
Great facilities and well-organised. Beautiful location in the hinterland, short distance from popular Sunshine Coast strip. Plenty of parking on site. The young team were all very well presented, enthusiastic and helpful. The track is massive really, it's wide and comparatively long at 1.2km. Good mix of corners and plenty of space to enjoy, even with 20 karts on circuit. The karts were well presented and accommodate most people comfortably. My only bummer was the timing APP required to be downloaded and I couldn't get GPS to log lap times, only total session time
So much fun and the equipment was in great nic! The owner was a great guy and the experience was well worth it. Made more fun with a decent size group. P.s number 20 goes faster
Took 2 boys here and booked the 30 mins. They loved it. I enjoyed a coffee.... great coffee! And a terrific view of the boys going around the track. Really relaxing and solo much fun for the money. Track and karts in good repair and the place looks really clean. Thanks for a great day Big Kart Track!
Great adrenalin rush. Not too busy the time we went there. Fantastic staff that were very safety conscious. We went on a wet day but the track was stick and the carts were fast. Thanks heaps!
What a blast, haven't gone to a track in over 40 years, but after a few laps it's like riding a bike, so to speak. For the older folk ask for the extra back support and make shore your helmets are tight.
Great fun place for a get together. Karts are reasonably good although its a bit of pot luck which kart you get. Some were definitely faster than others on the day. Friendly helpful staff and lots of space hangout and talk about the race.
Pretty epic track, do 2 sets of 15 mins racing and it was awesome. Been lots of times, always people there. Despite google saying 5pm close, during school holidays they are open to 10pm with lights brighter than the sun
