Big Hill Lookout in Stawell offers stunning panoramic views of the surrounding landscapes. A great spot for a peaceful moment or to take beautiful photos, especially during sunrise or sunset. The short drive up and well-maintained path make it easily accessible. Highly recommend stopping by if you’re in the area
Stawell. Big Hill Lookout. An absolutely brilliant view from the top of the hill. Picnic places to sit and eat and relax for a short visit. Worth a drive up the bitumen road just a short drive from the town centre.
Good place to visit if you're in the town of Stawell or passing by. You get a nice view of Stawell and the Grampians from up the hill. It can get a little bit windy. It was a bit disappointing to see rubbish strewn around even though there were rubbish bins onsite.
Stawell is a very scenic town and Big Hill Lookout is a great place to enjoy this view, with the Grampians in the background. There are tables but no water.
There lookout area itself was all concrete and fencing, however the views across the town to the Grampians was fantastic.
