Fantastic customer service here, Even on closing they still took my order and then took another walk in order. Not a bad traditional pizza on a thin base, Very good pizza for the price. Still only $25 for 2 large pizzas and a garlic bread. Definitely great value pizza here
Came with a very large group around 19 of us for a little camping trip. The shop itself is on the smaller side, but of course no shop is prepared for a group of our size. Welcoming atmosphere with a limited amount of staff, so if making a large order expect to wait a good while. Delicious pizza, with sizes that go from small all the way to family one tier above large. However if buying in bulk there is a deal on the large pizza which makes it cheaper than family not sure why, they should really implement something to account for this. Other than that, the spicy jalapeno pizza was to die for and the boxes are decently sturdy. Definitely recommend if in the area.
Found this place driving out of Laurieton in search of local pizza but thought we had to go to North Haven… really good tasty pizza. Plenty of topping and excellent crust.
Really retro use of those tiny tasteless Vietnamese shrimp on a seafood pizza which apparently should have had clams also. Plus got overcharged for the experience but tipped the poor delivery kid for working for such a place. #dobetter
Pre ordered at 4pm, 4 family pizzas to be be delivered at 6pm on probably one of their busiest nights of the year. Pizzas delivered at 6pm on the dot hot and delicious. Every time we are in the area we get pizza from here as it's the best between here and Coffs. Well done Big Brother Pizza and see you again next time

We waited on HOLD for just over an hour last night from just before 7pm actually 6.50pm the phone constantly played "we will be with you very shortly" thanks for your patience !! Lol..So we waited and waited thinking someone was eventually going to answer our call...over an hour later still no one answered our call the line eventually dropped out and low and behold when we rang back they were closed !! what a joke...we are regular customers..and i know its a busy period but hey guys thats rediculous..you should be answering your phone customers REGULARS that will still be here when all the holiday makers have gone!!

I’m conflicted. We’ve had four separate orders now Two were awesome and two were average. Like others, we also found the opening times and pre-orders via phone to be dismal. In store service is excellent though. The satay pizza is our favourite and when they’re on form, they are on form. It’s such a pity they are hit and miss.
Open for 4.5 hours what the hell! I arrived 15 minutes before the supposed closing time. What type of pizza place is only open till 8:30, I would at least say till 9:30. Pull your heads in and change the issue.
