Recently, we receive multiple reviews/ negative feedbacks from the same client using different accounts, the client wanted to order as urgent job but without willingness of paying urgent fees, also asked super Cheaper Price.. Please understand that you can not have Good Price, plus speed turn around, also Great service. Fairness of trading tells us that you can only pick up two of the below at one time: Speed, Quality/ Service, Price. Big Banner Australia take responsibility and provide Excellent Service to all the clients. exclude the ones who looking for super cheap. sorry!

Not reliable supplier!!! The website says they can provide the lower price , but actually it will have extra surcharge after customer make an order. The staff have multiple excuses that they cannot delivery the goods on time.
