Ok first off i have Dentistphobia ( yes i know its not a word) I have seen Dr Bein 2 times, each time i was extremely nervous and did not sleep well the day before because of seeing the dentist ( hence my first sentence) . Each time he was gentle and did the job, even made me feel comfortable even though there was pliers on my mouth about to remove part of my body. ( this is how i feel and when nervousness kicks in). The receptionist/ dental assistant ( may be a dentist, no disrespect meant) was also there to make me feel better and calm me even though i would not admit to being extremely nervous.Thank you Dr Bein you made a difficult situation smooth. Why can't all dentist be like this?
