Menu in restaurant seems to have got smaller since we went last time 6 months or so ago. They lost their chicken Parmigiano, and daughter mentioned they lost their nachos from the menu. But great environment and does Guiness. Worth a visit.

Hot spot in the city rooms are run down but bar is good and fairly priced. Quiz nites are a real hit

Biddy Kates has a nice Cafe to sit and have a coffee or cake or something else however they do close their kitchen for a short time best to go around morning or early lunch time. Nightlife here is good I enjoyed a night out with friends and won a little something on the slots be it my eyes were somewhat clouded over but a good night all in all I would definitely like to return on a hot sunny evening as we went in winter and it was very very chilly outside. Above Biddy Kates is Backpackers / Hotel  Accommodation at reasonable rates i do believe  they may have Bicycle Hire as well so people can get around Blenheim more easily and see what we have on offer.

The bar staff are great. If it weren't for them, I'd give the place one star but the bartenders are very good at what they do and credit is due. If I were just rating the staff, they'd get five stars. Unfortunately the rest of the experience rates somewhere between mediocre and rubbish. The only thing worth eating at Biddy Kate's is the French fries. Idk why but the food is terrible. It's not hard to make food taste good and yet... they're committed to serving consistently awful food.  The atmosphere is weird too. Partly due to the layout of the room but also because one side of the bar feels like a frat house and the other side feels like a place you do happy hour with colleagues. The split energy creates a strange vibe.

Had never been here before, but went one night with a group of friends for a quiz night, which was great fun. Friendly staff and atmosphere, it had a decent range of dinner and dessert options. I was a bit let down that they couldn't make some drinks due to not having coconut cream or jagermeister, so I just got G&Ts instead.

The food was so absolutely delicious it took a while to get but the wait was worth  it the girls service was fantastic and they were extremely helpful I recommend people to try them

Lovely atmosphere, yummy specials board for main meals. Good hearty size but not tool big. Small dessert slices were a Good idea but quite soft and probably should have been in fridge. The fake plastic palms out front give the wrong impression.....The place is otherwise stylish.
