Went there over the weekend to buy a bike for my wife but waited for 15min with no one paid any attention to us. We then went to the other bike store 30m down the road and the staff there was friendly and helpful.
When I tried to return a faulty Giant branded item the staff looked at each other and shrugged. They then said they cannot help me as they are not affiliated with ' Giant'. Very poor customer service. Wide berth.
