This Chinese owner is very passionate to make his food as authentic as it can be and it shows in the quality of the food. Just need to watch out with those spices. Beef abit dry but I am not too sure whether it meant to be or just oversight. Noodles has great texture!

I haven’t been here, but frequently walk past and the shop and it ALWAYS smells! Sometimes worse than others. I like this style of food but if you can’t even keep the shop clean, I doubt their food safety is up to scratch.

Authentic pulled noodles. I have tried majority of the noodles on the menu and find them all very tasty. It's just a little oily but still tastes great.

Love the handmade noodles! Definitely one of a kind in Brisbane and pretty authentic too. I had the Xinjiang Big Plate noodle with chicken and it was delicious! Try it and go mild if you can’t handle spicy.
