It is a small store but don’t go by the looks of it. It contains almost everything you need from home Bhutan. Whenever I miss home I go there to grab snacks and things that I normally only get it from Bhutan. The momo is also one to die for. Absolutely love it. The man at the counter is also nice and friendly. Good customer service. A must visit.
The girl at the counter was beautiful, her smile was even penetrating but wow! The dumplings were so juicy and I relished every single one of them. Was it the girl or the dumplings that did the magic but I still couldn’t fathom it. I am tempted to make another visit sooner or later!
The momo taste has gone down, it doesn’t even taste like momo. Veg momo was over cooked with very less onions. The beef momo filling was falling off the cover. Waste of money. Never coming back.
Bit pricy as you can get the same items at other stores at a less price. Ceremonial scarf Khadhar is about $15 each which you can get at $5 the other store. Big surprise. Check the price before jumping in. Paying high prices doesn’t mean you are supporting them, rather spoiling them.
The dumplings were tasty and filled us up nicely. They weren't amazing, but they did the job. They were a bit pricey, though. The filling inside was good, not too thick. Overall, they were alright for a filling meal. Despite the busyness, the kitchen was managed efficiently by a single man, which is commendable..
