Momo’s were amazing but other food was okay, according to price. The place is spacious with friendly staff.
The food was not up to the mark. I ordered sikam paa and shakam paa it was bit smelly. And the pricing is high compared to other Bhutanese restaurants. Service was too late even though there was not a lot of costumer. I would literally rate costumer service zero, because the staff was bit rude. The place was spacious and good. Overall it’s a huge disappointment.
Last minute decision to come here. We just happened to be in the right place at the right time when driving to choose a great rated restaurant to visit at random. Absolutely loved the food! We will likely order milder versions next time as the chilli packed some punch but we don't regret what we did order. It was delicious and the kids loved the Chicken Fried Rice and Steamed Momos My favourite was the Pork Curry and Hubby loved anything that was spicy, so all of it Can't wait to visit again!!
in my opinion, the restaurant should definitely apologize for the way the lady manager spoke to us / How could she said that to leave the place if not happyi am shock when she said that. They should also take steps to ensure that their staff is trained to handle customer concerns in a more respectful and professional manner. It's all about treating customers with kindness and making sure they have a positive experience.
