I travel from another town just for the car to be fixed at this garage for a few years now. Exceptionally helpful, professional and experienced team, no matter who does the job, always perfect. Can't recommend Ringwood Tyres enough! I was able to get a next-day appointment, and was delighted with the friendly, quick, courteous, and professional service!! It was an added bonus that they were able to repair the tyre as opposed to replace it, and I was in and out within 25 mins, and charged a very reasonable price. Thank you!!
Incredible Service. I had problems with my brakes. I rung before they opened and they fitted me in before they opened. They could tell immediately what the issue was and the problem was fixed within 10 minutes. The speed by which they solved the problem, the way they handled the situation and I am genuinely impressed by their top notch service.
We were on our way home from a lovely holiday, with some hot weather recently. On the way back, the front drivers side wheel had perished and gone flat, on the dual carriageway. With the heat, an autistic child and a boot full of stuff, this was the last thing that we needed. Google search came up with Ringwood Tyres, and after changing the tyre, putting on the temporary one, off we set. And upon arriving, we were treated like a valued customer and truly looked after by the staff. They explained everything that needed to happen, offered advice and really made us welcome and relaxed, which was just what our son needed. I cannot recommend this place enough, simply they were fantastic, squeezing us in with their already huge workload and looking after us from the second that we arrived. Truly grateful and the service was excellent. Thank you and keep up the great work!
Although they were very busy Luke found the time to change my indicator bulb because it needed an uncommon screwdriver to open it. I was on my way home before I realised that I hadn’t offered any payment and he hadn’t asked for one! What a great guy!
