The service was terrible. The owner who was showing me the sns colours was chewing gum in my face. The guy that was doing my nails was being so aggressive. I felt so uncomfortable. With that filing machine, it was burning my nail as he was putting too much pressure. He kept on yelling at me when I wasn’t relaxing my hands. I mean he could have said it in a better way and in a more respectful and non aggressive way. I have been getting my nails done for a while now and never in my life I have experienced this sort of service before. I was completely disappointed of the lack of professionalism at this salon!

As soon as we entered the salon, it smelt disgusting, the hygiene was just as disgusting as the customer service. Super overpriced, they’re extremely slow. Why take your time if you’re not perfecting the nails. Their prices don’t reflect their work. The workers are beyond careless. If I could rate this salon a zero, I would.Service:&nbsp;Acrylic nails

I was literally taken advantage of because I’m 13 years old. I went to get my nails done with my friend and nail salon lady wanted to charge me $100 for French tip and two tiny little heart. I ended up getting it to $85. She literally screamed at my face when she saw I only had $50 in my handbag and demanded I leave ID as I go contact my mother to send me $35. “I TOLD YOU IT $85 WHEN I FIRST START YOUR NAILS, GO GET ID NOW AND GET THE MONEY” I felt so hostile and uncomfortable. I just wanted to cry. Don’t recommend going here.

i just want to start of by saying that this is the worst nail salon i have ever been to! they all talk about you in their own language in front you, me and my friend felt so uncomfortable lol. as he was doing my nails he pulls my hand so hard, as well as filing my nails so hard that it started bleeding. i was checking the nail to see if i like the shape which was like 4 seconds and he tells me to hurry up he has no time. worse customer service ever. the fact that i am a regular customer and still treated us really bad. do not recommend. i travelled all the way from doncaster to epping just for that to happen to me and my friend.

It's really a bad place they don't care about the customer all their aim is to pay the money for them, I only did a nail color and when I talked to the employee I asked her for a color similar to white when I put it, the color box had no color, it's really disgusting, I asked her if she had a second color  To put it on I spoke I can't, I have a client waiting for me, I paid $30 for a color and I'll put the look up for you

I asked for a pedicure and all the do is soak your feet and 2 sec foot scrub that is so rushed to get the next person on the seat and they want you to pay cash. Very Expensive.

Very happy with my nails. Great price. Good range of gel colours.

Today i went to beyond nails, i received sns soak off with new full set with tips, absolutely loved how gentle the lady was and how my nails turned out. I will be returning when i need a refill/new set. Thankyou greatly Services:&nbsp;Dip powder

I love their service. Have been going there for years. Also they use great products and nails don't break nor come off.

absolutely terrible. service is trash, absolutely disgusting, overcharging and late on bookings never come here and horrible nails
