The station is good and same as most of the other stations except the accessibility for disabled. Now the upgradation of the station is in progress and hopefully will be completed soon. Also this station is better as it is not that much busy and in out of busy hours it does not have even a single passenger to get onboard.
Pleasant calm station with good accessibility with the lift and options to top up opal cards or pay for one-way tickets.nnA few negatives bring it down. Not the most pretty views looking onto the M5 and the ugly back of shops. Also, you have to walk quite far to find a seat which can be a pain. In addition, the restrooms never seem to be open.nnOn the whole it’s okay. 3.6
** please be aware that parking is now front to kerb, they have parking officers there everyday to catch people out as it is not well signed **nThe new upgrades are terrific, the small carpark is now easier to get in and out of with the new wheel chair access ready for use. The station over all has also had a bit of a clean up. Shame about the parking restriction being front to kerb as this makes it difficult and dangerous to get out, you will be fined if parked rear to kerb while the council caches in on the lack of clear signage
horrible station! has no accessibility! I had to go down the stroller alone because there was no one to support those in need !!!! What if I was in a wheelchair?
Clean lift and platforms. Announcements are easily heard, and electronic boards are easy to read.
