This is ridiculous! They charge for kids' inspections, which I have never encountered anywhere else. I never saw any place charge for both my sister and me. This will be my last visit to this place. I hope this message is helpful to others. Thanks!

I’m not the type of person to comment on bad reviews, but this one has really frustrated me. What a poor customer experience! Something that must be worked on. I have twin boys, which have been on a waiting list for 1.5 years, they are now 2 years of age. Finally I get a call up to start swimming lessons, but my boys are both having an operation in the next few weeks which won’t allow them to swim for 2 months, so I saw no point in paying for 2 months of non attendance. I had asked the lady to skip our position this round and offer it to someone else, then by the next opening the boys will be ready. Apparently that was too difficult, and had to be taken off the list, and call back in 2 months to re add them to the bottom of the wait list again, where I could wait another 1.5 years before I get a position again. Are they for real! There was no, sorry Sir I hope your boys are okay, and the operation is nothing serious, or yes sir we will call again next opening , and offer it to the next person down the list. Sorry but this was a very poor customer experience. There is no way I’d take my kids there . My kids will be in high school by the time they offered a lesson according to there rules and regulations. Terrible! There was no common sense with this situation.

Customer service does not exist and giving only 1 week notice with relocation and expect families to just be ok with it. The service team show no empathy or give flexibility around make up lessons and won't even provide any refund. Obviously customer satisfaction is not a priority.

Be warned of a tall Caucasian very tall gentleman with sunnies indoors and at 7 pm where there is no sun and apparently 2 granddaughters  who continually called us disgusting the same as their grandfather in Angelo Anestis aquatic centre in Bexley around 7 pm.nLast Tuesday very offensive to me and my 2 children in the family showers yelling that we were disgusting whilst showering my kids.nNo respect whatsoever to me either my children or to the duty manager of the facility. He walked out of the facility shouting very disrespectful!nCalled management twice the followed two days with no luck as the managers have left for the day and on the 3 rd day spoke to a manager who rushed over the phone showing no interest on keeping us in the swim school, either aware of the incident report I did fill out.nPlus regarding swimming lessons keeping a child 9 months in the same level always picking on the same area that needs to improve in the skills shows no interest whatsoever in the child improvement by the swim school instructors either. Very disappointing after coming to this facility for the past 2 years.

Had called the head office for assistance to help book a make-up class unfortunately, the representative did not want to listen and just repeated the words refresh the page. After tirelessly going around in circles with the representative who did not want to understand, I ended the call with no make up class and lost money. Very disappointing as branches cannot take call, as they are not equipped with phones. Staff at branches have no idea what is going on and this makes it even harder.
