After having my Ute Toolbox smashed into and crushed by a Trainee last Saturday, I was assured by the Manager this would be fixed up.  He advised me to get a quote which I did however he refused to take my calls all week. Suddenly after phoning him again and him not being available, I received a message from another staff member from there to advise me he has one there for me to come and buy off him???

Located in Warner's Bay, Bevo Mitre 10 store is your typical hardware store with a difference. Out the front you'll notice masonry products on display, from retaining walls to pavers. They have a huge variety on display, and usually the product is available for immediate pickup or delivery. Price is pretty good too. What ever you need to get your yard work done, it's available. Unfortunately I had a terrible experience with Beveridges and would recommend staying away from them for building supplies. I ordered some retaining wall supplies through Bevridges and part of the order didn't arrive which I wasn't made aware of until it was at my door step. It wasn't a massive issue at the time but I made it abundantly clear that I needed the rest of material ASAP to finish a particular retaining wall because the rest of the project couldn't continue until it was done. From here on Andrew one of their employees fed me continuous lies about when the material would rock up, it went from 3 days to a week after that, then it was another 3 days and so on. It took 3 weeks for the rest of my order to arrive. Meanwhile I'm trying to organise other trades for the job around their estimated delivery times and trying to explain the situation to my client. When asked for some sort of compensation Bevridges tried to play off like it wasn't their fault and didn't want any liability for the matter. The company is untrustworthy and incompetent therefore I would not buy here again.

Great customer service & was able to get everything I needed for renovations in 1 go.

Poor customer service staff were not very helpful wont be going there again
