It's a very average place. From walking in its not very welcoming at all, if I have to explain I'm there to eat to the staff behind the counter it's already a rough start.nnIt was very quiet for a Friday lunch but it was quite clean. The food itself is quite tasteless and mainly bread.nnVery thin patty, fried prawns which tasted great and then all bun. It's a very average burger at best and still cost $30 for the burger, drink and onion rings.nnI can't see the draw of Betty's burgers, this is my second time trying the restaurant chain and it's just so very average.nnThe parties need to be the main focus of the burger, but it's just so much bread vs meat you barely taste it.
Rated 4.1. This place straddles the line between fast food and a pricier sit-down restaurant. We had a Betty's Double and a Grilled Chicken Bowl. Both were somewhat tasty, but the portions were small for the price. It's not ideal for cheap, quick food, but at the same time, there are better alternatives for more expensive food too.
Always delicious. The gf vegan buns are so soft and fluffy. The staff are always able to make adjustments without a fuss.
Had an exceptional experience for my first Betty’s run through ever. We were greeted by Edie who had very professional and polite service. Amazing time overall such a clean restaurant and tasty food!
Finally, I remembered to update the review. The service has been quick each time, and the food quality has been consistently good.
