The young girl serving me was very good and taking her time and asking the right questions, I have been in sales for 35 years. The senior salesperson who is also about 25 years my Jr walked past me trying on a pair of shoes and yelled I love those and then disappeared out the back. I didn't love them. The lady serving me with so nice I purchased all the extras the protectors the socks the heel guard's everything. Then the senior salesperson came in and wanted to rush this along and started pumping things through the POS system but got an error message so they had to delete the whole thing, when the young saleswoman took back over I said can I please have a bag as I noticed she was putting sticky tape onto the box and she said unfortunately they're $5. After spending over $100 I was not prepared to spend $5 on a bag I was happy to pay for a bag but I was not going to spend $5 on a bag. This is when the customer service experience took a dive into the bog of eternal stench. The dreadful senior sales woman who was nothing but at obhorrent from this stage put her nose is hard against the ceiling as she could and said well they're $5 at Cotton On and I said we'll I'm 50 years old and I've just spent $100 no not going to spend $5 on a bag but I would very much like a bag she just proceeded to list five other stores where bags were $5 and make me feel like a worthless uneducated waste of air. This horrible customer service experience lasted with Me all day long so thank you senior sales woman of the year fan freakingtastic
I went in to buy a pair of shoes for my daughters school ball. The lady that's s we served us in Joondalup was so knowledgeable and friendly. The shoes were perfect.
GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE RECEIVED FROM CHARLOTTE. CHARLOTTE WAS VERY FRIENDLY, PATIENT AND HELPFUL.
I brought a pair of boots yesterday from Betts in Joondalup and was looked after by a lovely man named Stuart. He was professional, attentive and genuienly determined to help find me the best pair of boots while being honest about what looked best without rushing things. He kept an interesting conversation but not straying away from the task at hand. My daughter and I walked away with a very good impression of not only the customer service provided but him, himself making the trip a pleasure. Thank you Stuart!
Had a great experience today at Betts Joondalup, I bought a pair of boots and was helped by a lovely young lady named Beth, with all the COVID restrictions and how busy it was she looked after me and was polite and accommodating, thanks I love my boots.
No one approached or acknowledged me even after i sat down and tried on a shoe myself. I put the shoe back and left.
