I grew up in the Woodcroft, but now live interstate and travel around Australia a lot. The pies and cakes here are among the best in Australia. I always look forward to getting lunch here when I come home to visit my parents.  It's a shame to see such a low rating for the bakery, which seems to be due to the bakery being closed so frequently. I understand that there are genuine reasons for this on the part of the owners.  When the bakery is open it is absolutely worth the visit. I very highly recommend it.

There food and customer service is great, but the reason the rating is so low, is because there not reliable with there set opening times. They're constantly closed when there times say there open and I'm constantly telling people who wonder why there not open when they try to get inside that there not reliable with there hours. They need to change the hours to suitable hours and days. Not only when they feel like it.

Great place great food great staff.  A bit noisy because its popular.  Would like to see a view more cozy seats like a couple of lounge chairs

Your trading on historic awards and as for charging customers a surcharge of 50c to use card under $5....... hahahahaha not everyone eats buckets of junk food....  convenient to price things just under that $5 hey..... I just walked out...!!!!!

Better Bake Woodcroft is apparently SA's most awarded baker with over 200 awards. I believe it!! Delicious pies, pasties, buns... Simply the best!

A good little bakery with tasty treats. But I try to avoid it because everything looks so yummy and I don't need to gain any more weight  ;-

Yummy pies and sausage rolls. Also beautiful made to order cakes.

Good food, bad service. Shut all the time. Have never been served with a smile.

Rarely open now which is a shame because the bakery is lovely
