The shop has everything you need in terms of meat, ingredients and all kinds that of kitchen tools and treats for kitchen kids. They have deli as well as frozen food section.nThe staff don’t care for you if you fall in the shop, I did due to their negligence of leaving rice grains on the floor that I slipped on, everyone stared as I picked myself up. Finally one girl from the deli section comes with water in take away box! Guess she tried at least but the guys stocking rice etc was very much there and didn’t even help me up. I was in great pain, got myself up and left the shop without one staff approaching me to offer an apology. What a shame for your staff with absolutely no knowledge about OHS in Australia. I could’ve been badly injured and you’d know the ramification of negligence on the shop floor with spills and obstruction that causes customers to fall.nAnother issue with the shop is the counter staff leaves till by itself despite having customers lined up until the frozen area is covered at times yet they just leave.nWhat a great shop but staff knowledge about how to care for customers is of great importance for an amazing shop like Bestway. Please do better as I love the shop but I’m afraid to shop here as f I can help it. I’m nervous to walk in this shop since the fall.
I came today in the supermarket and when it was paying and stuff team members seemed angry. I dont know the reason they sort of have attitude I greeted them and said thank you after paying seems like she’s def pleas train your crew members to be polite to costumers we are not taking things for free we are paying and we want be satisfied with the service,tell to have happy face no one wants to see such people with attitude it’s like she been forced to work there if she’s not happy she can leave the job
I got a clarified butter couple days back and it was not good and smells very bad and it was very white in colour, which is unusual.nI tried to return it back, but they said they can't get it back, because I opened it.nSooper cheating business. They don't follow any return policy which is followed through out Australia. The manager has zero communication skills and very rude to customers.nVery bad customer service and food quality is not good.nBe mindful when u buy stuffs there
Bestway supermarket is the go-to place for all your catering and household needs. They offer great prices compared to Chinese stores in Dandenong. Highly recommend them!
