I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and concern regarding the contaminated food product I purchased from [this store ] on [30/09/2025]. The product in question is [poisoning meat ]nnUpon consumption, I experienced [Symptoms,of bed smells food poisoning, Further investigation revealed that the product was contaminated with [old stock meat , e.g., bacteria, foreign object, etc.].nnI request that you take immediate action to:nn1. Investigate this incident and determine the cause of contamination.n2. Take steps to rectify the situation and prevent future occurrences.n3. Provide compensation for any damages or losses incurred,nnI would appreciate a prompt response regarding the actions you will take to address this issue. If not, I will be forced to take further action to protect my rights as a consumer.
Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced at Bestway Dandenong. The guy at the meat and deli counter was flat-out rude, aggressive, and almost ready to start a fight with me. Instead of treating customers with respect, he acted like he was doing me a favour just by speaking.nnShops like this survive only because of a lack of competition, but once Marmara opens up properly, people will leave this place in a heartbeat. If they keep treating customers like dirt, they’ll have no one left to serve.nnSave yourself the headache — don’t shop here.
Shop here pretty often, let me tell you about it.nnWide variety of items, usually reasonably priced and plenty of stock. Aisles packed to the brim with things you might not find at your local Coles or Woolies. When I come to shop, I'm there for meat, specifically chicken breast. Competitive pricing with no compromise in quality whatsoever, they ought to be proud of themselves.nnStaff in the butcher section are friendly and happy to help. Place seems to be generally clean and tidy, and as of currently, I have run into no problems with my experience here.nnAlways good to see my people doing well for themselves, wish them all the best.nnOverall 8.8/10 for Bestway Supermarket.
Worst customer service experience in the whole of Australia, the Owners/Managers should drill their staff in how to be better at Customer Service, people are spending hundreds of dollars in the shop only to get hopeless attitudes and no help from staff whatsoever. Apart from that, lots of variety and good prices. If only they had good staff the rating would be 5 stars and excellent feedback. I've seen plenty of similar feedback, don't the Owners/Managers read the Reviews?
They have a massive collection of varities and you cannot find some of them anywhere else. I have tried many new snacks, drinks and teas from them so far & still there are plenty to try. I also have got some great kitchen appliences from them too. Very fair prices and quality goods.
