I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and concern regarding the contaminated food product I purchased from [this store ] on [30/09/2025]. The product in question is [poisoning meat ]nnUpon consumption, I experienced [Symptoms,of bed smells food poisoning, Further investigation revealed that the product was contaminated with [old stock meat , e.g., bacteria, foreign object, etc.].nnI request that you take immediate action to:nn1. Investigate this incident and determine the cause of contamination.n2. Take steps to rectify the situation and prevent future occurrences.n3. Provide compensation for any damages or losses incurred,nnI would appreciate a prompt response regarding the actions you will take to address this issue. If not, I will be forced to take further action to protect my rights as a consumer.
Once I bought some lamp meet it was rotten I didn’t go back to your market and didn’t write a feed back and I said it’s ok because it’s the first time. But couple of days later I bought some sausages and it was also rotten. I couldn’t hold anymore. You shouldn’t sell rotten food to people. That money you taking for rotten food is not fair.
Bestway Supermarket in Dandenong is a fantastic hub for diverse groceries. It is particularly well-known for its extensive range of Afghan, Iranian, and Indian products. The halal meat section is high quality, and the variety of authentic spices and bulk nuts is impressive. Prices are competitive, and the store is spacious, making it a great alternative to the major chains for specialty items.
I was shopping there today and I come here every week for groceries, the girls at the counter are excellent with polite manner and great service. I was being served today while this rude guy who looked like their boss came down and started yelling at one of the girls. I do not think this is a good manner of talking to your employees despite their hard earned efforts, I really hope they improve this part of their shopping experience and try to communicate with their employees in a more humanly manner.
Extremely disappointed the way I got treated by one of the employee working there this morning 22/11/2025. I have been shopping from here every weekend and this is the second time I have been refused by them to double pack the meat I buy from them. Bring a better plastic bag for meat or do double plastic bag. Time to change my mind and never go back there unless they teach their staff some behaviour.
