Enjoyable quiet place. Located within minutes drive to Queen Victoria Market. Has all the things which i needed. Beds are great. 7-11 and voles supermarket are nearby. Convenient tram services.

Very solid, ticked all our boxes. Fast internet, beautiful park across the road, tram on the doorstep, room was clean and staff happy and friendly. Ample free parking so close to the city a huge bonus. Rooms are dated, but very clean and surprisingly quiet given the location. Maybe a four and a half, just due to decor. A well run business I'd be happy to recommend.

This hotel is in a great location close to shops, cafes, restaurants and public transport. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. Room was quiet, comfortable and secure. Bed very comfortable.

Had a ground floor unit, quiet, clean and the biggest shower ever. Breakfast was great and the location is superb with the tram at your door. Just needs a toaster in the room. thanks Lester

Nice location next park, spacious clean rooms with lovely view on greenery. Great room service was great. Had a room on the top floor and helpful staff to carry the luggage. Reception staff is outstanding, friendly helpful and absolutely concerned about your comfort. Very happy to stay here again.
