In a massive family unit. Tape Holding wallpaper down in places, good services though with laundry washed and dried and folded at no extra charge. 
Our room was next to the gym and it's was very noisy at 6am.
Restaurant was good nice steak but was same menu as 4 years ago. But if you do well with it then that's good. 
Beds nice and clean, bathroom Great good pressure in the shower.

We had a great experience here. The staff was super friendly and the room was super clean and comfortable! We would definitely stay again and recommend this place to others.

We were able to check in early and our room was upgraded. Friendly service all around and a nice and quiet room. Had a delicious dinner (still getting use to NZ prices) with fast service. Loved the soaker tub after after a 13 hour flight.

Lovely big clean rooms. Toasters might need to be replaced as several rooms indicated there were issues with these.  I would happily go eat in the restaurant again.  The food was really good.  It is very embarrassing asking for plates to be left at the table, while other friends are still eating.  Is this something you could maybe ask when taking orders, and if anyone seems uncomfortable (usually the slow eaters), you might leave the plates until everyone finished?   It's a lovely atmosphere in the restaurant and some of us actually expect this type of etiquette, especially in such a nice establishment.  Staff were friendly and approachable.  I would certainly stay here again.

Very nice and clean. The staff are wonderful and very helpful. The room we had was very nice and comfortable. I would come back here in a heart beat. Thanks to all the staff.
