4.5 Stars... Mick & Pearla have been really fantastic - We had already made our minds up to buy from Snooze & Forty Winks across the road, but thought we'd give these guys a chance. We were looking for a King Frame, King Mattress, A bunk bed & single bed and Mick did an awesome package deal. Went out of his way to get a temporary frame while the custom frame was being built. Unfortunately, there was a mix up with the mattress, so we got a bit nervous about being dudded but Pearla and Mick got onto it straight away so the wife was relieved. It doesn't look crash hot in the store, so maybe do some homework on what you want and then speak to Mick we didn't really deal with the other staff. Being a discount store, we were worried about after sales service but after the hiccup with the mattress, we've been really impressed. Thanks guys!
I had a wonderful experience with this furniture shop. While the exterior may look unappealing the store is overflowing with furniture. It is great to find a store in the lower northern beaches with so much furniture to choose. They also custom make furniture. We bought a lovely dining room table and chairs there that were delivered on Christmas Eve. Unfortunately their contracted delivery company delivered the set unassembled. I called the store and they were very apologetic and sent 2 of their own employees to assemble the set. The 2 men were very fast, efficient, and nice and didn't seem bothered that it was Christmas Eve. I would not hesitate to use them again - excellent product and service.
Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Ordered some goods on the 25 th May and was told 1 - 2 week delivery. 5 weeks later with about 20 phone calls from me finally arrived. No care and no responsibility . finally at the end one of the salesman managed to have my furniture delivered but the one I ordered off couldn't of cared less. Never returned a phone call or email . I will never ever go into this store again. No Stars from me
Just wow, great furniture!!! Outstanding customer service!! Everyone here is friendly and very professional, especially the storemen, they were so helpful and i couldnt believe how they managed lifting some of the furniture, impressive strength! Thanks guys, will definitely be coming back!!
Let me start by saying we don't know how these idiots are running a business BUYERS BEWARE!!!!!!!! We are still waiting for our furniture to be delivered FIVE MONTHS LATER. Delivery time was promised and assured at a two week time frame, we paid upfront. DO NOT purchase anything from these totally unhelpful people, unless it is physically in front of you. Customer service is completely appalling. Several phone calls as to the where a bouts of our furniture have ended with the response "don't know, cant help you" and "not sure" We have been very polite and considerate over the phone - on numerous occasions giving the benefit of doubt. These people are not just having a bad day/week or month..... They are the epitome of 'just don't give a damn about what they do' or what they stand for as a business. Each time we contact them we are met with excuses ie: furniture is lost, furniture wasn't delivered, furniture is being remade, the other person was supposed to contact you and they didn't... we can't find the paperwork the wrong colour was made furniture is lost again to name but a few.... PLEASE LEARN FROM OUR EXPERIENCE!!!!
I had purchase a side board in July it arrived Brocken it's a simple repair, I have contacted them 7 time to have this item repair and have been pasted around with their staff, I now have to take this matter to fair trading as I'm sick and tired of their poor customer service. Keep away for this store, poor service and once you purchase an item they wash their hand clean of you.
Love the furniture - quality & price but agree with other reviewer.... have no idea how they run a business! The buyer has to constantly be onto them chasing up furniture delivery. Apparently they are running the business using paper not on computer. I ordered some melamine pantries. Waited so long went back & got a refund. Having said that I went back and bought a wardrobe but rang every few days checking on progress. Took time they quoted with me doing that.
Over promise and under deliver!!!! Products took 3 months to be delivered expected within 4 weeks, arrived with defect, scratches, missing screws which im still waiting for despite ringing 10 times in the last 3 weeks, delivery guys hangi.ng up on you.... Will never buy again
If I could only give 0 stars, I would. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS BUSINESS. They are absolutely appalling, unprofessional, careless and overly idiotic. I have placed an expensive custom furniture order for my business and was given the 2-3 week timeframe. I paid a $50 deposit for the order from my business account. I took one of the knobs of one of my tables for these clowns to match my furniture colour - the customer service in charge, called Miles, actually suggested I took one of my drawers to do the colour matching... No need to say I have never seen my knob again... After chasing them for 4 months, I finally got my furniture, which was delivered in white and not in oak. We sent the furniture back - no apologies, no phone calls, no nothing. I started calling them to get my $50 back and left messages for this so called Miles, who never returned my calls. I went there personally on a Saturday to get my refund and they said it was going to be processed on the next Wednesday. Do I need to say we never got the refund? Learn from our terrible experience and NEVER purchase anything from these clowns. It is outrageous that people like these are still in business. Shame, shame, shame!!!
Very helpful. Reasonably priced. Wide range of goods. I purchased some great stuff there. I'm impressed
