Wow. Great service. Ordered a pack of 10 pool hoses. They came the next day by courier to the Wide Bay area. Big ticks for price, quality of hoses, service and delivery. I would not hesitate to recommend. They will have my future business.

Purchased a new pool filter cartridge and the staff were super helpful and lovely! Worth the trip out south for all your pool needs - they have a huge warehouse with heaps of stock. Great prices for what we were after as we needed it immediately and didn’t want to purchase online and wait for shipping.
We had an extremely positive experience with the crew at Yatala. After discovering a fault in some pool cleaner parts purchased from Better Pool Supplies on eBay we contacted them directly to discuss the problem. They were very helpful. Lodged a warranty claim on our behalf two days before Christmas and we had a delivery to my home of replacement parts before the New Year. Couldn’t ask for better service. We will definitely be back when it’s time to replace the parts again and for any other of our pool needs.

A localnPool shop quoted me twice the price for an item and said it would take at least two weeks to supply. Best Pool Supplies price was unmatched and it arrived in only two days - and all between Christmas and New Year which is peak pool use time but often when other pool businesses close their doors. Genuine product. Could not be happier. Will definitely use again. Highly recommended.
