Good variety of products and fantastic promotions (e.g buy a bag of Science diet dry food and receive a box of 12 pouches of same brand wet food for free). Much cheaper than Pet Barn, and they have a vet service and prescription foods as well. The staff are friendly and very helpful. Love coming here for food for my kitties.

Ducked in quickly for the first time (before closing time) to get some food and treats for our big pup. I had just parked and before I even got to the door I saw a sales lady assist her customers by taking out the products they had bought to their car and on the way greeted me with a huge smile and a "How are you?". When I got inside the the gentlemen salesperson was incredibly helpful showing different alternatives for both food and treats and answering questions about which was best for our pup's fur. Couldn't meet a friendlier store, will be coming back again :)

DO NOT take your dog to get groomed here. I’ve never question their grooming methods for the past two years as my dog seemed fine when I picked him up. HOWEVER, since Friday until today being Sunday after picking him up from his bath and clean up he has been scurrying around the house rather than running or walking like his usual self, huddling in corners of the house with his tail tucked between his hind legs, has not eaten a thing since and he is very jumpy when moving around on the couch or even at night time while in my bed trying to sleep. His obviously in some kind of distress. This is not my relaxed Maltese Terrior that I know. He had a slight graze inside his ears which I didn’t question. Thought I’d give him until Saturday to see any changes but I haven’t. Called the groomers to explain as described. She explained he was fine while there. I’m not buying this. Will take him to vet today if they can explain my poor pups behaviour. What did they do to my poor boy?!!

I love this store for a number of reasons: if you join their membership, you get 10% off; staff are knowledgeable (have great recommendations by breed for toys, food etc) and helpful (always offer to assist by taking large items to the car); their puppy school means you can see adorable puppies; a great range of pet stuff; and your pets are welcome in store (another chance to pat cute dogs!).

Asked for some help about a specific behavioural collar to a lovely new employee who tried to help as much as she could. However, she then asked a senior(?) employee for assistance who acted as if I was the biggest nuisance in the world and gave me condescending replies. Good variety of products at a sligtly above average price. However, I probably wouldn’t come back after this experience.
