We switched daycares due to safety concerns at our first location. Sharon was kind and caring, listening to my concerns with patience and understanding. Adella put extra time and care in to make sure my son felt safe and was able to settle, and the team updated me regularly. Twinkle Star has been an amazing experience for our family. He loves it so much he asks to go to daycare on his days off! Highly recommend.
This childcare centre is amazing! Shiwani and Fengling are very responsible teachers, very hardworking and nice to the children. Our child has been in this school for 2 months now, not once has she wet her pants, and every day she comes back with clean clothes. She loves going to kinder every day, loves every teacher and children there, highly recommended.
Berwick Twinklestar Early Learning Centre has been a positive experience for my family. Sharon, the director, stands out for her kindness and dedication to creating a welcoming atmosphere with always a smile on her face. The educators at the centre have been consistently wonderful with my children, demonstrating amazing care and a genuine interest in their development. The centre provides a safe and supportive environment where my kids feel comfortable and engaged. Overall, it's the best centre we have ever been to and we appreciate the efforts of the entire team at Twinklestar.
I have five boys 15yrs - 2yrs old, attended different day cares over the years and I have to say that Twinkle Star Daycare is by far the best. The staff are so caring and friendly. I always feel at ease leaving my little one in their care. I love reading all the updates on him throughout the day and seeing photos of him playing and happy. All the staff communicate so well and that’s a big plus when it comes to the care of our little ones! Absolutely love this place for my little boy.
I can not speak highly enough of all the educators at Berwick TwinkleStar.nMy daughter has been attending since she was 9 months old and she absolutely loves it. Has learnt so much through the centre and always comes home happy. I honestly feel like I am taking my daughter to our second family!nI am at ease when I leave her as I know she is happy and very loved and cared for, I thank you all for everything you do with such passion for all the children!nThey have recently beautifully renovated the entire centre, its super clean, plenty of activities, they provide daily updates, photos, etc online and they happily provide individual updates.
