**Missed Bus Connection - Disappointing Experience**nnI had a very unpleasant experience at Berwick Station. After arriving by train with my pregnant wife, our 3-year-old son, and a pram with other belongings, we rushed to catch a connecting bus. However, as we reached the bus, the driver closed the doors and drove off without even a glance in our direction. This was incredibly rude, especially since we were traveling with a small child and a pregnant woman.nnWe were left standing outside for another 20-30 minutes, waiting for the next bus. This was not only inconvenient but also quite uncomfortable given our circumstances. I expected more from a public transportation service.nnI hope the management at Victoria Transport takes note and ensures that passengers with families and special needs are treated with more consideration in the future. Until then, I would caution other travelers, especially those with young children or in need of extra time, about using this station's services.nnHopefully, they improve. I wouldn't want anyone else to go through the same frustrating experience.
One of the worst customer service that I have experienced. The customer service officer was extremely rude and unhelpful despite it being their job to help with MyKi applications. They where also on their phone and making smart remarks instead of doing their job. I do not expect people to be happy but at least have some level of respect and ability to do their job.nnOn another note, the staff appear to be slow when topping up MyKi’s i.e., not able to help you as they are on their phone or “busy”, so using the PTV app or self service machine is your best bet to top it up. Unfortunately this station has been run down for as long as I can recall.
