My partner and I recently purchased our new car from Berwick Mitsubishi and cannot speak more highly of Armin. From the moment we first met, he was friendly, helpful and genuine. He worked with us to ensure we secured a deal everyone was happy with and communicated every step of the way whilst the car was being prepared for delivery. Even when delays out of his control arose, he offered us solutions to ensure we weren’t inconvenienced. In Armin’s absence, we were assisted by Ajay who was just as great to deal with. A special mention to Diane at front reception too, who always greeted us with the friendliest hello and made sure we were comfortable and looked after. A memorable first impression! Upon visiting the Berwick Mitsubishi dealership i was greeted by an extremely polite receptionist who referred me to an enthusiastic member of the team that made me feel very welcome and very comfortable. He spent a lot of time with me answering the many questions I had and he also took me for a demo ride in the brand new car that I was seeking to purchase. Bailey Iles went above and beyond what I would normally except from a car salesman and he really was the difference in making my decision to buy a brand new Outlander Exceed from this dealership .
