My partner took our vehicle in on the promise they would address the issues raised. Quite frankly this is a poor excuse for a service centre. Do not take your VW CAR to this place. Oh and most half decent service centres would at least give the inside of the car a vacuum. We will never go back there.

Bertil Motors are local business sponsors of Our Tooronga Village Community website. They have helped in many ways towards fundraising projects and been very generous in twice sponsoring our Trivia & Auction Night (with a car service), in order to raise funds for MS and Motor Neurone Diseases. I also am a happy customer of Bertil Motors for more than six years, with well serviced and repaired cars, efficient follow up on explanation of costs and a very good advisor in Josh who manages the Business. Many of us at Tooronga Village now go to Bertils since moving into the complex over the past six years and are happy to recommend.

Josh Bennett, the manager of this place, offered to fight me in his front office when I questioned his bill and called him a shonck. This aggressive bogan will take your money and not fix your car! Read the other reviews, offering to fight people in front office has happened to other people! Oh the positive reviews you see here are family members, such as the other Bennett you see further down. Worst of the worse, AVOID THESE PEOPLE

Been a customer of Bertil''s for over 6 years and just wanted to say thanks and post this little note. Josh has always looked after me and even though they are busy, he still takes the time to answer my questions and provide me with a quality service. Also they've been accommodating and flexible through the years.
