Great fish and chips. Best I’ve had so far in Australia. Good value. They seem to have more takeaway orders than dine in. Mushy peas and Sarsons brown vinegar would have been perfect, maybe that’s an English tradition. nI recommend calling first for the takeaway service.
Low priced meals but didn't detract from the taste. We enjoyed the flathead tails and a souvlaki.
Bertie’s Burgers nails it everytime! The staff and owner are always super friendly and welcoming. The menu has so many different options from burgers to wraps, souvlakis, focaccias, fried snacks and so much more! The portion sizes are nice and big. The food is always excellent and at a good price. I’ve never had anything from here that I didn’t enjoy! Definitely a place to pop into when you are passing through the town!
The ladies that run Bertie's Burgers are Lovely and have great service too , food was fantastic , I had a Hamburger with the lot no pineapple with chips and my lovely lady had flathead tails potato cakes & a battered SAV all cooked to perfection. Love your work Ladies .nRegards Nigel & Sage
Good old fashion Aussie burgers, reminded me of the fish and chip shops when I was growing up. After driving for so long me and my friend were super hungry, really did hit the spot. Super friendly staff too. Definitely recommend!
