Stayed here to attend a wedding nearby. Location is good, and the locality is quiet. Room was large and comfortable. Continental Breakfast was included as well. My only complaint was the tariff. Trying to match Sydney hotel/motel prices in Berry is ridiculous! For $370 per night I expected something special but unfortunately this is not the case. Why charge so much? No mini bar, and no restaurant apart from Breakfast room.
we were part of a large group of staying for a wedding in the area. The staff were so helpful in ensuring we were looked after and tried to accommodate every special request we had mostly succeeding. Rooms were clean, Beds were comfy and showers we hot and strong. The continental breakfast had plenty fresh fruit and lots of variety.
Stayed at the hotel over the Christmas period while visiting family. Cannot fault the hotel. The room was spacious clean and very comfortable. Great tea and coffee facilities in the room along with a small fridge which had daily milk in. The staff could not have been friendlier. Breakfast was included, however I didn’t partake as not needed, but feel very confident that it would have been excellent. Definitely recommend this hotel to further guests. Great value for money.
To commence, I would like to highlight the positives of our recent stay. The motel's location is undoubtedly one of its strongest attributes, situated across the road from the renowned Berry donut van on the Main Street, surrounded by an array of cafes, restaurants, shops, bars, and specialty stores.nnRegarding the motel itself, we found it to be lovely; however, we do have some constructive feedback to share. We had booked a twin room, and were pleased to find that the beds and pillows were comfortable. The room we occupied was an accessible room, which presented some challenges. Specifically, the sink was quite low, and despite our best efforts to contain the water within the shower curtain, it tended to spread everywhere, creating a slipping hazard. This issue was somewhat mitigated by the plush towels provided, which were generously sized and wrapped comfortably around our bodies.nnThe air conditioning system functioned effectively when in use; however, our room, number 104, was prone to an unusual odor emanating from the air conditioning unit. Furthermore, the room was frequently inhabited by mosquitoes during the evening hours, despite the fact that no doors or windows were left open during the day. We were uncertain as to the origin of these mosquitoes. Additionally, the outdoor patio area adjacent to our room had a distinct moldy smell.nnThe fridge provided in the room was compact, with no sink or cutlery available, apart from two spoons, cups, and glasses. Notably, there was no hot chocolate provided in the room, only tea and coffee.nnAlthough a continental breakfast was included in our stay, we opted not to partake, instead choosing to dine at one of the many excellent establishments located nearby.nnUpon our arrival, my mother and I experienced an unfortunate incident. As we exited the motel and turned onto the footpath to our right, my mother tripped over the wooden garden bed, which presents a significant tripping hazard, and fell onto the concrete path. She sustained injuries to her arm, hands, and right knee, which became red, swollen, and bruised. Fortunately, some staff members were in the vicinity and promptly assisted my mother. The motel provided a bucket of ice, a cloth, and two small band-aids, and inquired about her well-being throughout our stay. However, we felt that this response was insufficient, given that the accident occurred on motel premises due to a hazard that should not have been present in the first place.
Our stay here was very relaxing. The Boutique Motel is an excellent spot . We walked everywhere . Shops and restaurants are within walking distance.nThe staff are friendly, ready to help.nThe room is clean and comfortable.nWe would’ve enjoyed a restaurant at the motel for evenings. But was only open for breakfast .nThe Berry Markets were on the first Sunday of the month. Well worth visiting.nOverall , a great visit. We would stay there again.
